With the US being added to the red list of countries drastically affected by the virus, this decision has come in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The French government has confirmed that the rules for travellers from the US who have completed their immunization process against the virus will remain the same,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.schengenvisainfo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SchengenVisaInfo.com<\/a>&nbsp;reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Vaccined travellers from the United States must present a negative Coronaivius test on their arrival in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">World Health Organization has reported that 52,53,602 people tested positive for the Coronavirus in the US since the start of the pandemic, in addition to 812,577 deaths during the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">As the US experiences an increase in the number of Omicron cases, Authorities decided to register a record number of infections for the second consecutive day. As per Reuters, 18 states have set pandemic case records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">To stop the spread of the Coronavirus\u2019 Omicron, France has changed their restrictions with stricter entry rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The number of people who tested positive for Coronavirus in France is a total of 9,070,254, while the death rate during the same period appears to be 120,605, according to WHO figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Over 600,600 cases of COVID-19 infection have been registered in the last week, while 1,215 people lost their lives as a result of the virus spreading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">These figures led to a decision of the authorities to impose additional travel restrictions to maintain the situation under control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">France Travel Restrictions with stricter rules would apply from the first week of January, according to the government.
